5. Are there different ways to vote? What if I can't vote on election day?

Yes, there are different ways to vote. You can go to your poll place on election day, you can do Advance Voting or you can do Absentee Voting.

  • To locate your poll location for election day, click here.

  • Advance Voting allows someone to vote in person before Election Day simply as a matter of convenience. Advance voting allows any registered voter to cast a ballot IN PERSON on the Monday through Friday of the week prior to an election. To find out more about advance voting, contact your local county election's office.

  • Absentee voting is for any registered voter who will be absent from the polls on election day. You do not have to provide an excuse to be an absentee voter. Absentee voting allows a voter to request a ballot by mail. To apply for an absentee ballot, click here.
